How long until the first results?

First replies usually come within 30–45 days of campaign launch. First meaningful meetings — in the second or third month. A stable pipeline — from month three.

Can I review the messages before they go out?

Yes. Every message sequence is submitted for your review before launch. You can edit, comment or reject. Nothing is sent without your approval.

Who owns the contacts and campaign data?

You own the results: contact lists, replies, qualified leads and reports. We manage the technical infrastructure, tools and campaign process — that's Velio's know-how.

What happens if results are slow?

If results are slow, we adjust course: we refine the audience, messages or positioning. We guarantee a clear process, testing and action — but not a specific number of closed deals.

How long does onboarding take?

Typically about 2 weeks. During this time we align on the ideal client profile, set up the domain and sending infrastructure, select the contact list and prepare message sequences. We launch the campaign in week three.
